Meet for GG bridge ride to depart at 8am. I plan on breaking off to do Paradise Loop and back by 3 hours. Allen, James, and Brian are planning on meeting too. Louisa????

Weekly Sprintacular training at the Polo Fields today at 630 pm. Remember, full recovery between sprints and full regrouping. Also, plan ahead to create a strategy to make the most of the experience. I plan to take about 2 sprints from last trying to work my way up within 200m for example to train on sprinting through a pack.
